Important: Florida Roof Leads is a free advertising and referral service. We are not a roofing contractor, we hold no contractor license, and we do not perform roofing work, inspections, or repairs.

1. What we do

Florida Roof Leads ("we", "us") provides an online tool that lets homeowners describe a roofing need and submit a request. We forward request details to independent roofing contractors so they can contact you about your project. We do not bid on, negotiate, or perform any roofing work.

2. No endorsement or guarantee

A referral through this site is not an endorsement of any contractor. We do not guarantee a contractor's availability, pricing, quality of work, licensing status, or insurance coverage. Before hiring anyone, verify their license at myfloridalicense.com, and confirm insurance, written scope, and warranty terms directly with them.

3. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information in your request.
You must be at least 18 years old, or authorized to request work for the property.
Any agreement for roofing work is solely between you and the contractor you choose. We are not a party to it.

4. Free service

Submitting a request is free for homeowners. We may receive compensation from contractors for advertising or referrals. This does not affect the price you are quoted.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Florida Roof Leads is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or from work performed (or not performed) by any contractor, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
